He was predeceased by: his grandson K. Alec; and his parents, Nevin S. Hillegass and Ruth Walker Hillegass. He is survived by: his wife Constance Adams; his children, Kirk Hillegass (Tine), Jayne Huston (Larry Sedlemeyer), Laura Pasky (Stephen) and Polly Leipold (Todd); his grandchildren, Juliana (Andrew), Luther (Danielle), Alexa (John), B. Tyler (Emily), Andrew (Erin), Harrison, Hillary, Angela (Matthew) and Jason (Ashlee); his great grandchildren, Elena, Hattie, Nevin, Cora, Annie, Ella, Maxwell, Bennett, Owen and Colson; and his siblings, Deane W. Hillegass and Helen Ann Knepper (Ron).
