With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacob Fisher of Berlin, Pennsylvania, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 30, 2021 at the age of 21. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Brandon Fisher of Berlin and Denail Platt (Michael); his siblings, Breanna Fisher and Charlie Fisher; his niece Quinn Cerreta; and his grandparents, Thomas, Jane Fisher, Faith Maluchnik, Teresa and John Oblinsky. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
