He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Sr. Blough and Luella Blough (Hoffman); his wife Dolores Dugan; and his siblings, Eugene and Betty Mitchell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Bomboy (Paul) and Deborah Ohler (Barry); his grandchildren, Michael Layton (Alexis), Lori Shaulis (Shaun) and Dustin Ohler (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Carter, Reese Shaulis, Bryson, Gabriel and Jase Ohler; and his siblings, Donald Blough and Delores Erny.
