She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Coughenour and Ethel Coughenour (Egolf); her husband Herman; and her siblings, Verna, Emma Jean Coughenour, Helen Spangler, Elma Felton, Melvin "Bud" and Kenneth Coughenour.
She is survived by: her children, Evelyn Jean Fogle of Fairhope, Virginia Ratcliff of Fairhope, Nancy (Charles Duke) of Fairhope, Sandra Webreck of Fairhope, Roger of Fairhope and Dianna Beattie of Fairhope; her grandchildren, Timothy (Kathy), Darcy, Rick (Chris), Michael Fogle (Jeanne), Matthew (Brenda), John Grenke, Robin Stayer (Kevin), Stacey Wakeman (Scott), Chris Grenke (Rene), Dawnyel Henderson (Scott), Heather Foor (Matthew), Shawn, Todd Grenke and Courtney Kazmer (Rick); and her siblings, Wayne Coughenour (Yvonne), Maude Kimmel, Mary Lehman, Frederick, MD and Sam Coughenour (Margie). She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren.
