She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd S. Hostetler and Vera E. Hostetler (Beachley); her husband Dale E.; and her brothers, Richard "Dick" Snyder, Floyd and Eugene Hostetler.

She is survived by: her sons, David Smith (Kim) and Keith Smith (Janice). She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Memorial Contributions may be given to the First Apostolic Church of Somerset, 141 Forward Blvd., Somerset, PA 15501.
