He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward William "Bill" and Betty Cox (Gump). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Goforth; his stepchildren, Ann Marie Kovalchik (James) of Johnstown and John Barthol Jr. (Diane) of Havre, MT; his stepgrandchildren, Robert and Katherine; and his brother Warren "Bill" Cox (Nancy) of Stoystown.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services (494 W Main St, Somerset, PA 15501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
