She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy T. Dugan and Cora Mae Dugan (Webb); and her siblings, Lavina Will, Katherine Shumaker and Kenneth Mitchell.
She is survived by: her husband Irvin Earl Blough, Jr.; her daughters, Brenda Bomboy (Paul) and Deborah Ohler (Barry); her grandchildren, Michael Layton (Alexis Freoni), Lori Shaulis (Shaun) and Dustin Ohler (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Carter, Reese Shaulis, Bryson, Gabriel and Jase Ohler; her brother Harry Mitchell; her close friend Daisy Henry; and her pet Jose. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, talking on the phone with friends.
