Wayne McMichael Sr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2020, at the age of 87, Wayne McMichael Sr. of Benton, Pennsylvania, born in Stillwater, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Alva McMichael and Edith Rebecca McMichael (Fritz); his son-in-law David A. Miller; and his siblings-in-law, A. Dale Franklin, Russell Morgan, Jr. and Marilyn Henry.
He is survived by: his wife Lois E. McMichael (Morgan); his children, Wayne Bruce McMichael, Jr. (Darla), Mary J. Schmeck (Eric) and Joy A. Zeitler (David, Sr.); his grandchildren, David Zeitler, Jr. (Gena), Nichole Tucker (Adam), Kellie Miller, Jacqueline S. Trombly (Brian), Wayne Bruce McMichael, III (Anna), Emily M. Trombly (Michael), Logan Zeitler and Olivia Lyons (Grant); his great grandchildren, Anthony, Brody, Colby, Zachary, Irelyn, Halee and Oliver; his sister Esther K. Franklin; and his sister-in-law Carol Dildine (James).
Viewing will be held Monday from 4 to 7 PM at the Stillwater Christian Church and Tuesday morning from 10 AM until the time of the service at the Church. (Please follow CDC guidelines by wearing masks and practice social distancing).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the Building Fund of the Stillwater Christian Church, 39 McMichael Street, Stillwater, PA 17878.
