He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Hacker and Lillian Hacker (VanSickle) of Central; and his wife Jane E. Hacker (Eves). He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Hacker of San Diego, CA, Diane Hershey, Linda Swann and Jenny Hatfield of Trenton, FL; his grandchildren, E. Paul Anderson (Toby), Joni Anderson Dachs (Mark), Jeremy Smith (Dee), Melissa Hatfield and Rachel Hatfield Acken (Brian); his great grandchildren, Justin Anderson, Katelyn Smith, Nora Rose Hoy and Katie Dachs; and his siblings, Elro Delp Thomlinson (Hacker), Freas Hacker (Helen) of Dover, DE and Francis Hacker of Berwick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
