He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Sheypuk and Mary Gregorski Sheypuk; his son Michael Petrilak; and his siblings, Stanley Horan, Frank Horan, Peter Sheypuk and Agnes Kapinus.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Mroczka; his children, Sandy Walter of Mayfield, PA and Brian Petrilak of Benton Township, PA; his grandchildren, Kristen Walter, Courtney Petrilak and Matthew Petrilak; his great grandchildren, Ayla, Kira and Owen; and his siblings, Dorothy Lee of Benton Township, PA and George Sheypuk of Waverly Township, PA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
