Marilyn A. Morio Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2021, Marilyn A. Morio of Benton, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thaddeus F. Gawelko and Mary Dwojeski Gawelko; and her husband Charles T. Morio. She is survived by: her siblings, Dolores Strish and Leonard Gawelko; her niece Jennifer Gawelko; her daughter Alaina; her nephews, Matthew Gawelko and Norman Strish (Elizabeth); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaelyn and Ashton.

Those attending the visitation and service are required to wear a mask and abide by social distancing requirements.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marilyn's memory to the Delaware Valley Doberman Pinscher Assistance, Inc., 357 Third Avenue, Phoenixville, PA 19460 or to the Luzerne County SPCA, 524 Main Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702.
