Kelsey, Sue Ellen Kelsey, Sandra K. (Robert Hess), James A. Kelsey, Ronald W. Kelsey (Cheryl), Jeffrey D. Kelsey (Sandra) and Lynn E. (Kenneth W. Sutton, Sr.); his daughter-in-law Sandra Kelsey; and his sister Betty Miller of Grove, OK.. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
