She was predeceased by: her parents, George Parker and Helen Parker (Wilbur); and her sisters, Barbara Pugh, Mariam MacDonald and Gloria Warren.

She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey N. Wilbur Jr. (Lisa) of Hendersonville, NC. and Justine Burris of Nicholson. She is also survived by Five grandchildren; Eleven Great grandchildren and two great – great grandchildren.
