He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard T. Sibly and Bertha F. Sibly (Buttles); his son James C. Sibly; his brother James B. Sibly; and his grandson Justin C. Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Sibly (Mount); his children, Darlene Miller (Jim) of Benton, Mary Jane Miller (Keith) of Towanda and Richard T. Sibly of New Orleans, LA; and his stepchildren, Jean Pritchett (Patrick) of New Orleans and JoAnne Simonds (Dennis) of Binghamton, NY.
