He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, E. Jean Karnes (Evans) of Lightstreet and James J. Karnes; his wife Linda M. Karnes (Houck); his son Kevin Karnes (Pam) of Orangeville; his grandsons, Christopher Karnes (Washingtonville) and Airman Jonathan Karnes (S. Air Force); and his siblings, Richard Karnes of Orangeville, Philip Karnes of Lightstreet and Gloria Dawson of Berwick.
