She is survived by: her children, Peggy J. Phillips (Larry) of Unityville, Janet L. Schwartzbeck of Paoli, William J. Derrick (Nancy) of Unityville, Larry R. Derrick of Millville, Jerry A. Derrick (Joyce) of Hughesville and Dennis R. Derrick (Reanna) of Hebron, KY; and her sister Mary H. Black-Hawk of Ocala, FL. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
