He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Perchinsky and Margaret Sworcheck Perchinsky; his wife Mildred "Millie" Poye Perchinsky; his children, Stephen (late Terrie Lynn), Ronald Sr. (Cheryl), Cynthia Sarbak (Matthew), Judith Lowman (Alan) and Linda Stumpf; his grandchildren, Shannon Robertson (Brett), Lauren Knopp (Tim), Jennifer Ursic (Bill), Jamie Ball (Brian), Michael Lloyd (Lindsay), Ronald Perchinsky Jr., Troy Perchinsky (Kristen), Cory Perchinsky, Colton Perchinsky (Karissa), Andrew Stumpf, Nicole Stumpf and Katie Grace Stumpf; his great grandchildren, Taylor Pelissero, Annie Pelissero, Ronald Perchinsky, Meadow Perchinsky, Kai Perchinsky, Gracie Stumpf, Aiden Lloyd and Aubrey Lloyd; and his brothers, Francis A. Perchinsky and Richard T. Perchinsky. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

Facial covering and social distancing are required in the funeral home and church.

He was also an avid golfer and played in the Erie Charity Golf Classic.
