He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Chester, Sr. and Betty Mae Mitchner Lutes. He is survived by: his children, Christie L. Chester (Douglas Kendra) and Jacob C. Chester (Maura Smith); his granddaughters, Monica R. Chester and Sophia L. Chester; and his siblings, Lillian Ritter, Charles Chester (Buelah), James Chester, Harvey Lutes, Jr., Ida Telegraphis and Barbara Telegraphis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
