He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Milton and Virginia Evans Milton; and his brothers, Michael "Jay" and Thomas Milton. He is survived by: his wife Janice Tustin Milton; his children, Michael Milton and Machell Morton (Tim) of Bentleyville; his granddaughters, Jessica Morton and Julia Ostarello (Daniel); and his siblings, Ronald Milton, Samuel Milton (Betty) and Carrie Campisi (James) of New Eagle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
