He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Morton and Martha Deneen Morton; his wife Nadine Knight Morton; his son Terry Dale Morton; and his brothers, Clarence and Charles Morton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Scherer (Wayne) of Eighty-Four and Barbara Campbell (Gary) of Bentleyville; his grandchildren, Jennifer Nadine Sallinger (Jesse), Kevin Wayne Scherer (Nichole), Colby Lynn Campbell and Kendra Marie Campbell (Alex Ruffing); his great grandchildren, Vincent Scherer, Lucas Sallinger, Skyler Scherer and Beau Sallinger; his sisters, Loretta Ruse of Bentleyville and Lois Morton of Bentleyville; and his friends, Rena Alford, Jamie Beals, Brian and Amanda Rucienski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
