He is survived by: his children, Terry Jones (Jeff) of Columbus, IN, Merry Lazzari (Matt) of Bethel Park, PA and Jerry Mellinger of Rices Landing, PA; his grandchildren, Dylan Jones, Nicholas Jones, Hayley Lazzari and Jeremy Lazzari; and his siblings, Audrey Thomas of Jefferson Hills, PA and Rick Mellinger of Bloomington, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
