She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Frank Herilla and Tekla "Tillie" Husoveck Herilla; her husband Francis "Fuzzy" Kuchar; and her son Dale Stephen Kuchar. She is survived by: her son F. Eugene Kuchar of Pittsburgh; her siblings, Alex, Theodore, Jr., John, Mike Herilla, Olga Swoger, Ann Denys and Mary Fefolt; and her daughter-in-law Karol Kuchar.
