He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Anderson Dillard, Sr. and Wanda Cole Dillard. He is survived by: his children, Deatrice Dillard Davis (John), Kassie Dillard, Angela Birdy and Billy Dillard; and his siblings, Patricia Dillard, Bobetta Dillard, Diane Woods Dillard and Neal Dillard, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
