He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Sumney and Velma Morrison Sumney; his wife Pauline Miller Sumney (Polly); his sons, David Jr. (Carol) and Scott Sumney (Beverly); his grandchildren, Jeff (Kim), Jason (Michael Lutz), David (Holly), TJ, Grace Sumney and Bradley Parola; and his great grandchildren, Matt, Luke, Amelia, Oliver and Addilyn Sumney.
Due to COVID-19, there will be no public visitation and the family will hold services privately.
