He was predeceased by: his father Francis Albert "Al" Perchinsky of Bentleyville. He is survived by: his mother Ann Sabol Perchinsky; his wife Louise Stoyanoff Perchinsky; his sons, David A. Perchinsky (Nicole) and Daniel R. Perchinsky (Kata Lucas); his sisters, Susan Morello (Rick) and Megan Michalow (Keith Palli); his grandchildren, Bella and Tyler Burwell; his nephews, Eric Adams (Rebecca Madden) and Robbie Michalow; his niece Kaitlyn Richardson (Jesse); his brother-in-law Nicholas G. Stoyanoff; his nieces, Cara Stoyanoff, Chelsea Stoyanoff and Cassandra Reing (Kevin); his daughter Elizabeth A. Perchinsky; his sister Sharon Perchinsky; his brother-in-law Rob Michalow; and his niece Crista Stoyanoff.
