Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carmen Faith Polen of Bentleyville, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 68, on February 14, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mattielleo Louis Muniz and Velma Cain Muniz. She is survived by: her daughters, Mandi Matthews (Michael), Megan Lambert (Michael) and Renee Pharo; her siblings, Tina Muniz (Dave), Matt Muniz and Mark Muniz; her pet Skye; and her brothers, Eric and Arthur Muniz. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc. (809 Main St, Bentleyville, PA 15314).
