She is survived by: her children, Marty Perkins of North Charleroi, PA, Jane Matthews (John) of Eighty Four, PA and Bill Perkins (Leann) of Toronto, OH; her brother Elden Martin of Amherst, OH; her grandchildren, Angel Jaye Matthews and Lance McCombs; and her siblings, Laura B. Bruhn, Oliver Martin and Raymond "Bud" Martin. She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
