He was predeceased by: his parents, William Butz and Dorothy Butz; and his siblings, Donna Butz and Robert Butz. He is survived by: his son Bill (Justyna); his sister Carol Butz; his niece Jennifer Infante (Dave); his great-nephew Steven Infante; his aunt Barbara Adrian; and his friends, Barbara Davis and Bryce Wister.
