He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ambrose Brown and Sophia Decker Brown; his wife Eleanor Nolan; his children, Barbara J. Kates (Stephen) and Robert Nolan Brown; and his great grandchildren, Timothy, Benjamin and Melodie Kates.
