He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Debbi L. Reel (Jim), Raymond A., Jr. (Susan), Charles J. (Michelle) and Dawn M. Fitch (Charles); and his brothers, Robert R. Cost (Kathy) and John C. Cost (late Carolann). He is also survived by several nieces, nephew, extended family members and dear friends.
