It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia S. Czerniak of Bensalem, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, May E. Ciervo (Deans) and William Crossan, Sr.; her brother William Crossan, Jr.; and her stepfather Larry Ciervo. She is survived by: her husband Albert "Al" Czerniak; her children, April McLoughlin (Tom), Albert J. Czerniak, Jr. (Erica) and David Czerniak (Stacy); and her grandchildren, Alexis, Thomas, Daniel, Jack, Sarah, Nickolas and Kaylee.
