He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley (Gies) and Lester Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Shawn Mark (Randall), Wendy Kulp (Theodore) and Lauren Ricottone (Christopher); his grandchildren, Alexandra Kulp, Rachel Mark, Madison Kulp, Charlie Ricottone and Michael Ricottone; his sister Denise Held (Robert); and his pet Holly. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nephews, a multitude of friends.
