She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Karpen; and her siblings, Joseph and Diane Karpen. She is survived by: her husband Ronald J. Spokus; her children, Cara Pasquale (Rocco) and Joseph Spokus (Nicole); and her siblings, Harry Warner (late Ann), Patty Alger (Benny), Linda O'Sullivan (Dennis), Kim Bellaro (Mark), Rose Karpen and Josie Karpen.
