She was predeceased by: her father Francis Burke; her husband Anthony W. Carapella Sr.; and her son Rev. Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Anthony W. Carapella Jr. (Rhonda), Daniel Carapella (Maria), John Carapella, Dolores Slabicki (Thomas) and Robert Carapella; and her grandchildren, Christy Naselli (Fran), Anthony W. Carapella, III (Marissa), Daniel J. Carapella (Stephanie), David A. Carapella, John Carapella Jr. (Dee), Thomas J. Slabicki, Christopher F. Slabicki and Amanda E. Slabicki. She is also survived by her 12 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Dolores' name to St. Charles Borromeo Church at the above address.
