It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles P. Slack (Bensalem, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Slack and Anna Slack; his son Chuck; and his brothers, Frank, Phil and Lou.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughter Susan Zakulec (Paul); and his grandchildren, Steven and Tara. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
