He was predeceased by: his wife Carol A. Lewis; and his siblings, Joseph Lewis Jr., Eileen Cioffi, Edward Lewis, Diane Otzel and Marie Frank.

He is survived by: his daughter Michelle L. Lewis; his sons-in-law, David Scalzo of Bensalem, PA and Andrea D. Markert (Ben) of Folsom, PA.; his grandson Benjamin; and his siblings, Robert Lewis and Rita Bayer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Veterans of Andalusia, 1158 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020.
