He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Burkett (Hawkes) and Ronald Burkett; and his brothers, Gary and Keith. He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. (Rosendale); his sons, Christopher (Meg), Bill (Bree) and Patrick Burkett; and his brothers, Jimmy Carson (Marybeth), Michael Carson, Jeff Burkett (Terri), Duwayne Burkett and Craig Burkett (Lynn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
