He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rice; his children, Lynette Singley, Brock Rice (Diane) and Courtney Miller (Holly); and his sisters, Cheryl Willey (Walter) and Marlene Shambaugh (Carlos).
Due to the pandemic a private service will be held this week and a celebration of life service will be conducted on Royce's birthday, January 15, 2022.
