He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Salkeld and Mary Kay Salkeld (McDonald); and his brother Daniel Salkeld. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Simpson of McCandless, Kathy Salkeld Euler (Rick) of Franklin Park, David Salkeld (Karen) of Raleigh, NC and Maureen Redman (Jay) of Davie, FL. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews relatives and friends.
