He was predeceased by: his sister Juanita Barroso (Misael); and his parents, Jose Burgos and Maria Burgos. He is survived by: his siblings, Jose Burgos, Jr., Percida I. Boyles (late Howard), Rafael A. Burgos, Elving L. Burgos and Rosemary McDermott (Stephen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In recognition of his greatest enjoyment, the family is asking that donations be made to Latinos for Education (latinosforeducation.org), in lieu of flowers.
