He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank P. Lutz (Grace Lutz) and Belmont Hills; and his wife Mary C. Lutz. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Harrington (Michael), Frank Lutz (Maryann) and Jody Kelley (Charles); his grandchildren, Michael Harrington, Ryan Harrington (Kate), Christina Collins (Dave), Frank Lutz, Peter Lutz, Joseph Kelley and Kevin Kelley; his great grandchildren, Braelyn, Addison, Samantha, Alexis and Grace; and his siblings, Peto, Denny (Andrea) and Sandy.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in Frank's honor to the Belmont Hills Fire Company located at 4 S. Washington Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
