He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd E. Stiffler and Cecelia M. Stiffler (Timmons); and his siblings, Paul, Francis, Gerald, Harold, James, Marie Hornberger, Geraldine Reed and Margaret Simpson.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Jr. (Kathy), Linda (Robert), Deborah (Mario), Bonnie (Kenneth) and Lorrie of Raeford, NC; and his brother Donald (Maryann). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
