He is survived by: his spouse Wyona Leaper; his children, Cheryl Diebold (Ken) of Sinking Valley and Joe (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Katelyn, Karly, Stacie, Billie and Kristy; and his siblings, Mary Cooper and Charles Barroner. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
