He was predeceased by: his father John; his wife Constance M. Henry; and his siblings, Mary Catherine, Cyril and Christopher.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Thompson (David) and John M. Kienzle III (Chastity); his grandchildren, Aaron, Emily, Tyler, Michael and Morgan; his great grandchild Serena; and his sister-in-law Katherine Speck. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
