She was predeceased by: her parents, William Otto and Mary Pearl Shrock (Baum); her husband Gary K. Bougher; and her sisters, Edith Pinkerman and Dorothy Kovalyk.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Keller (Bud) of Antis Township and Kim Gates of Bellwood; her grandchildren, Phillip "Todd" Ricketts (Kate), Kristen Anglin (Tommy) and Megan Limbert (Craig); her great grandchildren, Abby DeArmitt, Jake Ricketts and Hunter Anglin; and her son-in-law Pat Gates.
The family suggests that contributions in her memory be made to Central PA Humane Society, Altoona.
