She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Decker and Thelma Decker (Forshey); her siblings, Richard Decker, Patricia Gearhart and Nadine Thornburg; and her children, Timmy, Hiram (Christopher), Angela and Shawn Ray (Joker).
She is survived by: her husband George H. Harper; her children, Tammy Wood, Vera Gray, DeLaina Richard (Mike) and George H. II (Christine) of Bellwood; and her siblings, Judy Howard, Nancy Worthy and Tom Decker. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
