It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Charles Crook of Bellevue, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 7, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Amanda Crook; and his parents, Robert J. Crook and Rita June Crook. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Crook (Cowen); and his children, Nicole Brandt, Courtney Melfi (Craig), Cody Crook (Nicole), Jacob Crook and Tim Brandt. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces, nephews and in-laws.

The family suggests contributions to the Multiple Myeloma Foundation, 4400 Coldwater Canyon Avenue, Ste. 300, Studio City, CA 91604.
