She is survived by: her brothers, David Horak (Catherine) of Bellevue and Robert Horak (Jody) of Cannonsburg; her nephew David Horak, II; her nieces, Mary Horak (Charlie Mueller), Victoria McKane (Justin McKane) and Alexandria Horak; her great-nephews, David, III and Aiden Horak; and her great-niece Lydia.
