He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Shively and Rose Shively; and his siblings, Maureen D'Angelo and Paul C. Shively. He is survived by: his siblings, Patrick T. Shively Jr. and Cindy Pringle; his nephews, Robert and David Pringle (Jessica); his niece Heather Mahich; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe, Justice, David and Hayden; and his close friend Sandy Anderson.
