She is survived by: her mother Georgette; her stepfather Robert Parks; her aunts, Nancy Evanoff and Valerie Krimstock; her cousins, Holly Krimstock, Miriam Krimstock and Samuel Mostel; her grandmother Joan Caicco; her father Joseph Caicco; and her aunts, Danielle Baum (Peter) and Joanie Caicco.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in loving memory of Heather to the ASPCA and the Vietnam Veterans of America.
